Summary/Objective The manufacturing associate will be responsible for filling and packing pillows.The operator also maintains and controls a clean and organized work environment as well as following company policies and procedures. Essential Functions 1. Operate a blowing machine to fill a pillow. 2. Operate a pneumatic packing machine. 3. Fill pillow shell with fiber/feather per specifications. 4. Pack pillows in shipping boxes. 5. Performs in-line visual inspection. 6. Maintains a neat and organized work area at all times. 7. Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned and required. Competencies 1.Experience in blowing/packing a plus but will train the right candidate. 2.High attention to detail and ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively. 3.Ability to work independently as well with guidance in a very fast-paced environment. 4.Good communication skills. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
