Schedule: Full Time | Weekends and Holidays Required
Pay: $9-$12/hr (BiWeekly)
POSITION SUMMARY
Bolt Security Company is seeking dedicated Level II NonCommission Security Officers to join our team. Officers provide visual security, patrol facilities, control access, and support staff and visitors to maintain a safe and secure environment. Onthejob training is provided, and we help you earn your Level II certification within 30 days of hiring.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Texas Drivers License
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Provide immunization/vaccination records
- Strong communication skills in English
- Willingness to complete Level II certification within 30 days
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Patrol and Observation Maintain visibility, conduct rounds, respond to suspicious activity
- Access Control Monitor entry points and verify identification
- Incident Reporting Document daily activities and report incidents
- Deterrence and Order Deter criminal activity and maintain order
- Emergency Response Assist during medical or urgent situations
- Customer Service Provide escorts, directions, and support
- Facility Support Lock/unlock buildings and ensure doors/lights are secure
TRAINING and CERTIFICATION
- OntheJob Training provided by experienced officers
- Certification Support to complete Level II within 30 days
