Deputy Program Manager
Location: Onsite - Washington, DC
Clearance: No active clearance required; TS/SCI preferred. Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
Salary: $122,500 - $166,250

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Program Manager to manage daily multidisciplinary federal program delivery across client tasks and partner companies. The Deputy Program Manager will coordinate task leads, integrate schedules and staffing, resolve dependencies, and support cross-task execution and partner performance.
The successful candidate will coordinate program controls and financial reporting, oversee deliverable reviews, track corrective actions, and resolve delivery issues. This individual will manage staffing, budgets, schedules, quality, risks, and performance improvement and prepare clear leadership briefings. The Deputy Program Manager will support the Program Manager in integrating delivery across task leads and partner companies and act on the Program Manager's behalf when delegated.
Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. We are currently seeking qualified candidates to include in our proposal for an upcoming government contract. Applicants selected may be contacted for further steps if the contract is awarded.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily multidisciplinary federal program delivery across client tasks and partner companies.
- Coordinate task leads and partner companies to integrate schedules, staffing, and cross-task execution.
- Manage staffing, budgets, schedules, quality, risks, and performance improvement.
- Coordinate program controls and financial reporting.
- Oversee deliverable reviews and track corrective actions.
- Identify and resolve delivery dependencies and issues.
- Prepare clear leadership briefings on program delivery and performance.
- Support the Program Manager in integrating delivery across task leads and partner companies.
- Act on the Program Manager's behalf when delegated.
Minimum Requirements:
- U. S. citizen
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years managing multidisciplinary federal delivery teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary federal delivery teams, coordinate partner companies, and manage staffing, budgets, schedules, quality, risks, and performance improvement
- Ability to integrate daily delivery across task leads, coordinate program controls and financial reporting, oversee deliverable reviews, track corrective actions, prepare clear leadership briefings, and resolve delivery dependencies and issues
