Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with an insurance industry organization, is seeking a skilled IT PMO Analyst. This role is responsible for analyzing project and program data, evaluating the health of multiple IT initiatives, and developing executive-level Steering Committee reporting. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience transforming complex project information into actionable insights rather than simply collecting status updates or managing project schedules. ### Job Duties: - Analyze project and program data across multiple IT initiatives to evaluate progress, performance, risks, and overall program health - Own the development of executive-level Steering Committee (SteerCo) reports and PowerPoint presentations - Identify discrepancies between reported project status and underlying data, including potential delays, risks, and performance gaps - Consolidate information from Jira, Excel, and multiple technology initiatives into meaningful program-level reporting - Evaluate project metrics and trends to provide accurate, data-driven insights for executive decision-making - Validate project status information with initiative leads and technical delivery teams to ensure reporting accuracy - Develop concise executive presentations that highlight key findings, risks, dependencies, and areas requiring leadership attention - Support IT program governance, PMO reporting processes, and Steering Committee activities ### Skills Required: - Hands-on experience independently developing and owning executive-level Steering Committee (SteerCo) reporting, including analysis of underlying project and program data - Experience analyzing IT project and program data to identify trends, inconsistencies, risks, and performance gaps - Proficiency with Jira for tracking, extracting, and analyzing project information - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, validation, and reporting - Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills for creating executive-level presentations and visualizing complex program information - Experience working within IT project/program governance or PMO environments - Experience consolidating data across multiple technology initiatives into program-level reporting - Practical knowledge of IT project lifecycles, project health indicators, and governance reporting methodologies Desired - Experience with the broader Atlassian suite, including Confluence - Experience developing executive dashboards, scorecards, and portfolio-level reporting - Knowledge of capital expenditures (CapEx) and operating expenditures (OpEx) within IT programs - Experience analyzing project dependencies, milestones, resource constraints, and delivery risks - Experience with project portfolio management (PPM) reporting tools and methodologies - Experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives within regulated industries ### About Blue Chip Talent Blue Chip Talent is an award-winning and woman-owned talent solutions provider based out of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
