At Bigfoot Beverages, we're looking for a Facilities & Maintenance Manager who takes pride in doing things the right way.
Someone who notices the little things before they become big problems. Who understands that a safe, well-maintained facility doesn't happen by accident. Who can plan a project, manage a contractor, troubleshoot a problem, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.
We're a family-owned Oregon company, and our facilities are an important part of how we take care of our people, serve our customers, and keep our business moving.
This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for the safety, maintenance, reliability, and overall condition of our buildings and warehouses across multiple Oregon locations. You'll work closely with operational leaders and company leadership, oversee preventative maintenance and facility improvements, coordinate outside contractors, and help ensure our buildings are safe, functional, and ready for whatever the day brings.
While this position carries the title of Manager, we're looking for someone who is just as comfortable doing the work as they are managing it. You might be planning a facility improvement one day, troubleshooting a dock door the next, and getting hands-on to complete a repair the day after that.
If you take pride in your work, have a knack for figuring things out, and believe that no job is beneath you when it needs to get done, we'd like to meet you.

- Troubleshoot problems, perform hands-on repairs, and coordinate timely solutions to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
- Identify potential issues before they become expensive repairs or safety concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of facility equipment, inspections, repairs, warranties, and maintenance schedules.
Roll Up Your Sleeves & Get the Work Done
- Take a hands-on approach to facility maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects.
- Use your mechanical knowledge, available resources, and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Perform general building maintenance and repairs within your training, qualifications, and applicable safety requirements.
- Know when to handle a project yourself, when to involve your Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator, and when to bring in a qualified contractor.
- Approach every project, large or small, with the same commitment to safety, quality, and follow-through.
Lead People, Projects & Priorities
- Provide direction, coaching, and support to our Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator.
- Work with warehouse managers and operational leaders to understand facility needs and prioritize maintenance activities.
- Plan and coordinate facility repairs, improvements, and capital projects while monitoring approved budgets, timelines, and operational impacts.
- Communicate clearly with leadership about facility conditions, project progress, priorities, and potential concerns.
- Balance immediate maintenance needs with long-term planning and preventative maintenance.
Manage Contractors & Protect Our Investment
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate qualified vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, maintenance, and facility projects.
- Obtain and review quotes, evaluate costs, and establish clear expectations for quality, safety, and timelines.
- Oversee contractor work and ensure projects are completed correctly, safely, and within approved budgets.
- Monitor facility maintenance spending, identify cost-effective solutions, and help ensure repairs and projects stay within approved budgets.
- Recommend equipment replacements, building improvements, and other investments that support the long-term needs of our business.
Make Safety Part of Everything You Do
- Identify and address facility-related safety concerns before they put people or operations at risk.
- Partner with our Fleet, Safety & Service leadership to maintain safe facilities and support Oregon OSHA compliance.
- Ensure maintenance activities, contractor work, and facility projects are performed using safe work practices.
- Help create an environment where employees can count on their workplace being safe, functional, and well maintained.
