The Operations Associate assists in planning, organizing, and overseeing daily restaurant operations, including both front-of- house and back-of-house activities. This role assists and trains staff to maintain high standards of service and food quality, helps manage inventory, orders supplies, and coordinates with vendors. Develops and implements staff schedules, monitors food preparation, presentation, and service quality, and addresses customer complaints to ensure a positive dining experience. Handles payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting, coordinating with kitchen management on menu development and special events, and maintaining and updating restaurant records such as sales, inventory, and staff performance for management review. Supervise 4 cooks and waiters. Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree or a foreign academic equivalent in Hospitality Management or related with 1 year of relevant experience in job offered or as a Hospitality Associate or related.
