Duties: - Manage and grow work in existing software set across several BETA production facilities - Coordinate and optimize workflow for multiple aerospace systems - Application and system point person - Help to create and implement a world class manufacturing system including a QMS - Maintain world class production standards of quality and safety - Coordinate and prioritize work in an extremely dynamic environment - Understand material requirements planning (MRP), capacity planning, and other advanced material planning needs with the ability to problem solve - Understand and have experience with building tiered metrics capable of driving informed business decisions - Create and implement processes and process documentation to evolve our ERP system - Help quantify manpower, process needs and materials required to grow production - Use and maintain the current ERP system to improve production process and enhance production capability Requires a Bachelors degree in Engineering plus 1 year of experience in the following: - manufacturing or in an environment with a similarly intense level of quality and traceability requirements - mathematics, specifically in statistics and data analysis - proficiency using an ERP system, document and production control, and work orders 40 hours/week, \$98,000 - \$128,000 per year.
