Job Description:
This role owns the corporate FP&A engine that keeps leadership aligned on performance, risks, and tradeoffs - running the operating cadence of annual budgeting, monthly and quarterly forecasting, long-range planning, management reporting, and KPI reporting, and building the processes, models, and reporting packages that provide timely, trusted visibility into where the business is headed. Equally central, you are a commercial finance partner who helps lead the company’s cross-channel commercial reviews - connecting commercial and marketing activity to marketplace and financial outcomes and integrating those results into the corporate P&L and forecast. You will partner closely with Accounting on the monthly close and with functional and cost-center owners across Marketing, Operations, Technology, and G&A on operating expense. This is a high-visibility role and the analytical backbone of corporate finance, providing the foundation for proactive, decision-ready planning.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree; a degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
- 7+ years of FP&A, RGM, Commercial Finance, or other related work experience
- Strong knowledge of Excel and other MS Office products
- Hands-on experience with Trade Promotion Management (TPM) systems, including trade plan and funding inputs, reporting, data extraction, and reconciliation to financial results
- Experience with data visualization software (Power BI) preferred
