Warehouse Lead

Warehouse Lead Miamisburg, OH Looking for a hands-on Warehouse Lead to help oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory, and domestic and international shipments. This role is ideal for someone who knows warehouse operations, understands international shipping documentation, and can keep a team organized while meeting tight deadlines. What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities, assign work, and train new hires
• Process domestic and international shipments, including freight, small parcels, and pallets
• Prepare and verify export documents, commercial invoices, and packing lists
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customers, Sales, and Customer Service
• Maintain inventory accuracy and shipping records
• Ensure compliance with international shipping and hazardous materials regulations
• Resolve shipping issues and help meet warehouse KPIs, quality standards, and deadlines

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Warehouse experience, ideally in a lead or supervisory role
• Hands-on international shipping and customs documentation experience
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory control
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs.

The ideal candidate is a working warehouse lead who can keep people and shipments moving while ensuring international orders are accurate, compliant, and on time.
