General Fabricator

General Fabricator Cincinnati, OH $20–$21/hr 1st Shift & 3rd Shift available We are looking for a hands-on General Fabricator to operate production equipment, assemble parts, and keep quality on point. If you have fabrication experience, can read blueprints, and know your way around a shop floor, this could be a great fit. What You'll Do

• Set up and operate fabrication and production machines
• Read blueprints and use measuring tools to ensure parts meet specifications
• Inspect parts and make adjustments to maintain quality
• Assemble parts by hand when needed
• Troubleshoot basic machine or production issues
• Perform routine equipment and tooling maintenance

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of manufacturing or fabrication experience
• Ability to read blueprints and understand welding symbols
• Familiarity with measuring tools and basic shop math
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Welding certifications are a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift 35–50lbs and work in a manufacturing environment

Pay: $20–$21/hr | First Shift & Third Shift Availalbe | Cincinnati, OH
