Lead development efforts by identifying funding sources, preparing grant proposals, and cultivating relationships with individual, corporate, and institutional donors; Develop and implement fundraising strategies and oversee campaigns, events, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals; Manage donor relations, including communications, acknowledgments, and reporting on the impact of contributions, and oversee alumni engagement efforts; Collaborate with leadership to assess funding needs and support programmatic expansion and capital projects; Monitor and evaluate fundraising performance, implementing improvements based on results and industry best practices; Manage organizational growth and expansion initiatives, including new programs and operational developments; Oversee compliance functions to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and policies; Serve as liaison with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, community partners, and organizations; Lead outreach and community engagement efforts with families, local businesses, and stakeholders; Plan and coordinate key organizational projects, including construction, program development, and special events; Perform additional administrative and operational duties as needed.
