Beacon Hill Financial is seeking a Contract Principal Accountant for our client in the Minneapolis Metro Area. This role is 100% REMOTE and offers pay ranging from $70-$85 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned month-end close activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, variance analysis, and financial reports.
Work within Oracle Fusion to support accounting processes, troubleshoot issues, and identify process improvements.
Support the Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion implementation within the Record to Report (R2R) workstream, including testing, process validation, issue resolution, and implementation readiness.
Partner with Finance, IT, and implementation teams to ensure accounting requirements are accurately reflected in the new system.
Maintain clear process documentation and support knowledge transfer throughout the transition.
Qualifications
Strong month-end close and general accounting experience.
Hands-on Oracle Fusion experience required.
Experience with R2R / Record to Report processes and ERP implementations or conversions strongly preferred.
Ability to work independently and quickly learn existing accounting processes.
