Bath Local Schools Athletic Department is seeking a dedicated Athletic Trainer to support the health and safety of our grade 7-12 student athletes. The athletic trainer will work with coaches, school staff, and healthcare professionals to prevent, evaluate, and treat sports-related injuries while promoting safe athletic participation. This is a full-time position, with a flexible schedule and calendar, and an anticipated range of 200 to 220 working days in a school year with possible extended days. Salary range is $75,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience. Package includes full benefits and retirement. All terms in this agreement are negotiable.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-site injury prevention, evaluation, and treatment for student-athletes

Attend athletic practices and home sporting events as assigned
·
Develop and implement rehabilitation and injury recovery programs
·
Coordinate care with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare providers
·
Maintain accurate injury reports and treatment documentation
·
Educate athletes and coaches on injury prevention, conditioning, and safe training practices
·
Assist with emergency care and concussion management protocols
·
Ensure athletic training room and equipment are properly maintained
