Work Schedule
- 1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
**Position Summary **
As a General Labor team member, you will play an essential role in our recycling operations by sorting material, supporting production processes, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy physical work and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Sort plastic materials and load them onto conveyor systems for processing
- Identify and remove non-conforming materials according to production requirements
- Stack, organize, and move skids, boxes, and materials as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, including equipment and production floors
- Communicate materials quality concerns and production issues to the team lead
- Safely use basic hand tools
- Follow safety procedures
