Participate in proposal development
Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, export control regulations (ITAR/EAR), and internal quality systems.
Proactively identify and mitigate technical and programmatic risks.
Prepare and present regular status updates, technical reviews, and financial reports to senior leadership and customers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Minimum of 1-3 years of program management experience in the defense, aerospace, or government contracting sectors.
Proven leadership managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple concurrent programs.
Excellent communication, organizational, and customer-facing skills.
U.S. Citizenship required due to government contract requirements.
