"We shall do good work, at a profit if we can, at a loss if we must, but always good work." W.P. Baker wrote that in 1915. It still hangs in our corporate office. It still guides every decision we make.
Baker Roofing Company is one of the nation's largest commercial roofing contractors, operating 29 locations across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. We've grown market by market, not through acquisitions.
In 2025, we became 100% employee-owned. Every person who wears the Baker name is now an owner with a personal stake in the quality of their work and the reputation of this company. That changes everything about how we show up on a job site.
In an industry shaped by private equity and short-term thinking, we choose lifetime relationships. We replace short-term stress with peace of mind through clear communication, honest partnerships, and a standard of work that stands the test of time.
Baker Roofing. For our people. For our customers. For our industry. For what's right.
