BMC is seeking a full-time Wash Operator at its Taylor Sand Plant in Taylor, Wisconsin. This hands-on role oversees the sand washing process, including equipment startup and shutdown, monitoring product flow, performing quality tests, and maintaining and repairing wash and crushing equipment to support efficient, reliable production. The position works closely with mining, production, and maintenance teams while following safety and environmental requirements. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic math and reading skills, moderate computer skills, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Responsibilities may include heavy lifting, bending, twisting, stooping, working at elevated heights, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
