Original job description

Program Dates: May- August 2027

Technology powers nearly every aspect of our business. As a Systems Development Intern, you'll work alongside our IT team to develop, enhance, and maintain applications that support employees and help drive business success. From day one, you'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, tackle real-world challenges, and gain hands-on experience working on technology solutions that make an impact across the organization.

In this role, you'll assist with the development, testing, documentation, and maintenance of internally developed applications. You'll gain exposure to software design, coding, database management, systems integration, quality assurance, and troubleshooting while learning the fundamentals of the software development lifecycle. You'll also support business partners by documenting requirements, researching emerging technologies, and participating in projects aimed at improving efficiency and performance.

As a member of the team, you'll do more than observe. You'll collaborate with experienced developers and business stakeholders, apply classroom knowledge to real business challenges, and build technical, analytical, and professional skills that will serve you throughout your career. This experience will provide valuable insight into how technology solutions are designed, implemented, and maintained within a growing organization.
