Job Summary:
Ayala Cleaning Services LLC is seeking reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented Residential Cleaners to join our team on an on-call basis. This position is perfect for professionals who enjoy flexible work hours and are passionate about providing top-quality cleaning services. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential homes, ensuring our clients’ spaces are fresh, organized, and spotless.
Responsibilities:
- Perform standard and deep residential cleaning services, including but not limited to:
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas
- Washing and sanitizing surfaces
- Emptying trash and replacing liners
- Laundry and linen changing as needed
- Use approved cleaning products and follow safety procedures
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service
- Communicate job status, special requests, or issues to the supervisor
- Travel to various job sites on an as-needed basis
Requirements:
- 1+ years of residential cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Friendly, professional, and trustworthy demeanor
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Flexible availability, including weekends or evenings when needed
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, standing for extended periods)
