Charge Nurse

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans that align with organizational goals and standards
- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote positive patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and unit activities
Requirements:
- Current RN/LVN licensure in the state of Texas
- Minimum 0 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Excellent clinical and problem-solving skills
