As a Graveyard Shift - Charge Nurse at Avir at Lomaland, you will play a vital role in leading our nursing team during the night shift, from 10p to 6am. As a charge nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and clinical aspects of patient care, ensuring that our high standards of quality and safety are met.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team during the graveyard shift, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Coordinate and prioritize patient care, ensuring timely and efficient treatment
- Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions as needed
- Manage and supervise the nursing team, providing feedback and coaching as necessary
- Collaborate with other departments, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to ensure seamless patient care
- Monitor and maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of Texas
- No experience needed. Training will be provided.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
