Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to our patients, including administering medications, wound care, and other nursing procedures
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure patient-centered care
- Monitor and report patient status, identifying and addressing any changes or concerns
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to HIPAA standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction
- Collaborate with our rehabilitation team to develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans

Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Licensed Vocational Nursing or Registered Nursing program
- Current LVN or RN licensure in the state of Texas
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
