Crooners Supper Club is hiring for a part-time Barback position!
The Barback assists the Bartender in the efficient running of the bar area, ensuring the bar operates smoothly by keeping it stocked, clean, and supplied with ice, liquor, beer, and clean glassware.
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, efficient service to guests.
- Assist with replenishing liquor bottles, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, and straws.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area including washing glassware, wiping down counters, and removing empty glasses from the bar top.
- Prep garnishes (cutting fruit) and juices and setting up/breaking down the bar before and after shifts.
- Change kegs, handle trash, and assist bartenders with any immediate needs.
- Attend staff meetings
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Fill in as needed during busy and understaffed times
Schedule: 2-3 nights per week. Must be available for at least 2 shifts per week on weekends - Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Shifts typically run from 3:30pm – 11:00pm or 4:00pm – 10:00pm.

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to push, pull and carry 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Strong knowledge of bar menu items
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, responsible and punctual
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team player and take initiative
