We run a busy mechanical shop with a steady car count, skilled technicians, and Tekmetric digital inspections that give you real work to present. ## What You'll Do - Check in every vehicle and capture the customer's concern accurately - Build estimates from the inspection findings, complete and clear - Present every recommendation to every customer, in plain language - Keep every open ticket moving from estimate to approval to pickup - Work with the technicians and shop foreman to keep the schedule on track - Follow up on deferred work before the customer's next visit ## What We're Looking For - Service advisor or service writer experience in a busy shop - Comfortable presenting repairs, including expensive or unexpected ones - Organized enough that nothing falls through the cracks - You track your own numbers: ARO, closing rate and follow-up - Reliable, every scheduled day - Tekmetric experience is a plus ## Pay and Perks - Hourly base plus commission, so your production shows up in your paycheck - Paid time off - 401(k) with company match - Uniform, boot and tool programs - Skilled techs producing complete inspections, so you have real work to sell - Repeat customers who already trust the shop ## You'll Do Well Here If You like owning results, you would rather have a hard conversation than avoid one, and you want to be measured on what you produce.
