Are you competitive, comfortable meeting new people, and motivated by earning potential?

Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Territory Sales Representative to develop new business throughout Northern Maryland and Southern Pennsylvania.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new business within a protected territory

• Meet business owners and decision-makers face-to-face

• Generate your own leads through cold calling and networking

• Lease commercial dishwashing equipment and sell companion products

• Manage your sales pipeline from prospect to close

• Build relationships with customers and your local branch team

Compensation & Benefits

• $42,000 base salary + uncapped commission

• Ramp-up earnings guarantee during your first 3–4 periods

• Company vehicle and gas card

• Paid training

• Medical, dental & vision benefits

• 401(k) with profit sharing

• Paid holidays & PTO

• Summit Club & President's Club recognition

• Career growth opportunities

Who We're Looking For

Sales experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person.

You may be a great fit if you have experience in outside sales, B2B sales, route sales, hospitality, restaurant management, fitness, automotive, pest control, beverage distribution, or another customer-facing role.

We're looking for someone who is competitive, personable, persistent, comfortable working independently, and not afraid to hear "no."

Valid driver's license required.

If you're ready to build your own territory, develop new business, and have your performance directly impact your earnings, apply today.
