Hybrid/Remote BCBA Full- time remote position requiring travel to Charlotte, NC once per month

Compensation
- $85,000 to $90,000 salary based on experience and competency
- Up to $10,000 in annual bonuses based on consistency and clinical quality
- No additional billable hours required
- Additional PTO for up to two cruises per year, awarded through incentive program
- Signing bonus starting at $2,000

Remote / Hybrid Flexibility You will have the opportunity to be primarily remote but will be asked to travel to our centers about once a month to ensure the highest quality of care is being delivered to our clients and our staff is supported and engaged with you as their supervisor.
What You Will Do
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Provide high-quality supervision to BTs and RBTs
- Maintain BACB-aligned documentation and data
- Collaborate with families and clinical teams
- Support progress through data-driven decisions
