About Augment Risk:
Augment Risk is a global capital risk solutions intermediary, partnering with clients to structure and place innovative solutions. We specialize in bespoke risk transfer strategies, leveraging deep expertise across geographies and disciplines, including Structured Reinsurance, MGA, ILS, Legacy, Parametric, and Captives. Our trusted, boutique approach combines agility, transparency, and creative thinking to deliver optimal outcomes for our clients. Our model is different from traditional broking. We operate with a single global P&L and no silos, enabling our deal teams to collaborate across capabilities and geographies to put clients first and create greater enterprise value. We are continuing to build our reinsurance capability and are looking to attract senior brokers who want to play a meaningful role in shaping and growing the business.
About the Role:
We are interested in speaking with experienced reinsurance brokers across a range of specialisms, markets and territories, including (but not limited to) Structured Reinsurance, MGA, ILS, Legacy Transactions, Parametric Solutions and Captives. We are equally open to individuals with expertise in other areas who can bring fresh perspectives, broaden our capabilities and contribute to the continued growth of the business. Above all, we want to understand your expertise, relationships, ambitions and what you would like to build. This is not a predefined role tied to a particular class of business, product or geography. Instead, we want to give the right individual the autonomy and platform to leverage their existing relationships, book and specialist expertise, while identifying new opportunities to grow their business and deliver value for our clients. You will have access to broader capital solutions, centralised data, analytics and technology, alongside a collaborative global platform that enables you to work across capabilities and geographies. For the right individual, this is an opportunity to take ownership of client relationships, drive new business and deliver high-value solutions, while having a genuine influence on Augment’s next phase of growth and building and developing your own business within an entrepreneurial environment.
