Position: BDC Sales Agent
Location: Atzenhoffer Chevrolet – Victoria, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site
Compensation: Salary + Commission ($50,000-65,000 per year)

We’re currently looking for a BDC Sales Agent to help us take our customer engagement and appointment-setting efforts to the next level. If you're motivated, love working with people, and want to be part of a winning team - we want to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads, phone calls, and website chats
- Use CRM tools to log activity, follow up, and maintain lead engagement
- Set qualified appointments for the sales team
- Follow a consistent daily process to manage fresh leads and nurture long-term prospects
- Build trust with customers by offering helpful, pressure-free communication
- Collaborate with sales managers to ensure smooth lead handoffs and appointment confirmations
- Help boost our online reputation by encouraging satisfied customers to leave review
Requirements:
- Previous BDC, internet sales, or customer service experience (automotive a plus, but not required)
- Strong phone presence and excellent written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and process-oriented
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Must be available to work some evenings and Saturdays
