Compensation & Logistics:

Core Focus Areas:
- Provide specialized, evidence-based instruction tailored to student IEP profiles within an inclusive learning model.
- Direct the development, implementation, and compliance tracking of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Partner alongside general education faculty to seamlessly integrate accommodations and instructional modifications.
- Maintain highly accurate educational records, lead ARD/IEP committee meetings, and keep families informed of developmental milestones.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or an education-related discipline.
- Valid Texas SBEC Special Education Teaching Certificate (or a verifiable out-of-state credential actively qualifying for Texas reciprocity).
- Practical knowledge of IDEA regulations, IEP software, and positive behavioral intervention strategies.
