Behavior Tech | Full-Time | Grade- All
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Tech for a full-time school-based position serving All Grade students.
Position Details:
- Position:Behavior Tech
- Grade Level: All
- Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students with classroom activities, assignments, reading, and math.
- Support students with academic, social-emotional, behavioral, and personal needs
- Support students with special needs and help implement IEP goals and accommodations.
- Provide behavioral support, redirect inappropriate behavior, and encourage positive behavior.
- Follow behavior intervention plans and support students with emotional regulation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children or students with special needs preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and support student learning and behavioral needs.
- Background in special education, behavioral support, autism, or classroom assistance is a plus.
