You’ll focus on adult and geriatric patients, managing a patient ratio of 1:6, with exposure to a variety of medical cases including post-surgical, ACS, and acute-on-chronic conditions like CHF and CKD. The role involves floating to units such as IMC and ED, requiring adaptability and recent acute care experience. Expect to bring at least 2 years of RN telemetry experience, hold ACLS certification, and maintain a compassionate, positive attitude while handling a patient load of six. Daily tasks include monitoring cardiac rhythms using Zoll defibrillators, operating Medhost EHR, and providing essential care in a fast-paced setting that emphasizes teamwork and technical proficiency.
