Job Summary
ATI is seeking a Maintenance Leader to join our Specialty Rolled Products group for our Brackenridge, PA facility. In this role, a Maintenance Leader will be responsible for leading and coordinating the work of employees who repair and maintain equipment and infrastructure. In addition, you will plan, schedule, order parts and manage repairs to equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Essential Functions
- Direct supervision of hourly employees
- Planning maintenance work around production schedules, identifying, requesting and locating critical spare parts, coordinating repairs with contractors
- Trouble shooting electrical, mechanical and hydraulic equipment and accessing required work to assure accuracy in scope to facilitate efficient work planning in a world class maintenance organization
