Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Journeyman Project Schedule Engineer for the EPASS Cyber and Networks Directorate (EPASS HN II) contract, supporting HNIT EITaaS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related field
- Years of Experience: At least three years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, three of which must be in the DoD. Four additional years of directly related experience with proper certifications may substitute for Bachelor’s degree.
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- Advanced understanding of scheduling tools, to include Microsoft Project
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, build, coordinate, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) at the portfolio, program, or project level.
- Communicate and coordinate IMS activities among the functional disciplines within the program office
- Provide IMS technical products (e.g., GANTT charts, network diagrams, etc.)
- Ensure integrated schedule management technical support to system acquisition processes and collaborate and incorporate key schedule requirements to ensure mission success
- Support requirements development, plan preparation, and assess ability to achieve results
- Communicate schedule objectives, plans, and status to the customer, the project team, and management.
