Carrier Relations Support Opportunity!On-Site, Monday - Friday -- 9 AM - 6 PMSeeking a customer-focused professional to serve as a primary point of contact for transportation partners. This is a high-volume phone-based role responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving issues, supporting onboarding activities, and building strong long-term relationships. The ideal candidate is professional, polished, comfortable managing a large call volume, and capable of working through occasional escalations with frustrated customers or partnersDay-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Assist with onboarding and account setup activities
- Answer questions, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support
- Investigate service concerns and communication issues
- Maintain customer and partner records
- Monitor documentation and compliance-related requirements
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships
- Collaborate with operations and internal teams to ensure service levels are met
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service, call center, account coordination, dispatch, or related experience
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Comfortable spending the majority of the day on inbound and outbound calls
- Ability to remain professional and calm during difficult customer interactions
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Stable work history with strong tenure
- Customer-focused mindset with strong follow-through
Preferred Qualifications
- Logistics, transportation, freight, brokerage, or dispatch experience
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience handling customer escalations and complaint resolution
- Associates or Bachelor degree
