Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our float pool team at Northwest Medical Center. This role involves providing high-quality care in a variety of departments within the facility, including but not limited to telemetry and step-down from ICU settings. The ideal candidate will be experienced in cardiac drips, TAVRs, and watchman mitral clips, as this unit operates at a step-down acuity level from the ICU.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in compliance with established standards and protocols.
- Monitor and manage patients with cardiac drips and other pertinent conditions.
- Float between various departments and facilities as required.
Required Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant nursing role.
Certifications / Licensure
- Active Arizona RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
