Med/Surg Tele RN - Night/Day Shifts

Schedule
Rotating shift: 7pm - 7:30am / 7am - 7:30pm.
Job Description
We are seeking a Med/Surg Tele RN who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. Candidates may float to units J1-2, J33, and ED as needed.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in a Med/Surg Tele environment.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring timely interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Document all care and assessments in compliance with hospital policies.
- Participate in patient education and support initiatives.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 12 months of permanent experience in Med/Surg Tele nursing.
- Active Ohio nursing license or compact state license in hand.
- AHA or American Red Cross certifications in BLS, ACLS, & NIHSS required.
- One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required.
- Must pass an ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation.
