Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts from 07:00 to 17:30.
Job Description
The Registered Nurse First Assistant will be responsible for both first assist and circulator duties in the operating room, with a strong focus on orthopedic procedures. Candidates with robotic surgical experience and c-section experience are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Provide first assist and circulator duties in various surgical procedures.
- Work closely with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient care.
- Utilize strong orthopedic and robotic surgical skills.
- Participate in call rotation for first assist duties.
Required Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an operating room setting.
- Strong orthopedic experience with robotic surgery proficiency.
- Experience as a first assistant in surgical procedures.
Certifications/Licensure
- Current RNFA certification.
- ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications.
- Valid state nursing license prior to start date.
