Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a Stepdown/PCU unit with experience in titrating and managing cardiac drips. This position entails floating between units as needed, specifically to Telemetry or Medical-Surgical floors, depending on staffing levels.
Responsibilities
- Manage and titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips as a hard stop requirement.
- Provide care to adult and geriatric patients with diagnoses including CHF, A-fib RVR, and post-cardiac procedures.
- Utilize Epic for charting and comprehensive patient documentation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and more.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a Stepdown or PCU setting.
- Experience managing cardiac drips and telemetry monitoring.
Certifications / Licensure
- ACLS and BLS certifications required.
- Must possess a valid Compact RN license.
