Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in Medical-Surgical to provide high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, implementing care plans, and working collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and medication management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
Required Experience
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a Medical-Surgical setting.
Certifications / Licensure
- Current RN license in the state.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
