Job Description
Join our team as a Registered Nurse specializing in Antepartum and Labor & Delivery. We are looking for dedicated professionals with experience in handling high-risk obstetrical cases. This role requires a commitment to providing excellent care to patients and their families during crucial times.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to antepartum patients.
- Monitor and assess maternal and fetal well-being.
- Administer medications and manage treatments as prescribed.
- Educate and support patients and families regarding antepartum care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance clinical skills.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in High-Risk Labor and Delivery or Antepartum.
- Current Texas RN license (must be active and valid).
- BLS and NRP certification required.
- Intermediate AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification required.
- Experience with high acuity patients is preferred.
