Registered Nurse - Night Shift
Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule
3 × 12 hour shifts per week from 19:00 to 07:30.
Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) will assess, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients under the direction of a licensed physician. The RN will apply knowledge of nursing principles, theories, and current techniques to provide individualized patient care through collaboration with patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient care needs and implement appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Direct nursing support staff in the provision of patient care.
- Adhere to standards of nursing practice and administrative policies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided to patients.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
- 1 year of experience in a clinical specialty preferred.
- PA Registered Nurse License required.
- Basic Life Support certification required.
- Multi-State Compact RN License required.
