Job Description
The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality care to patients in the Emergency Room setting. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, creating and implementing care plans, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial patient assessments and evaluations.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist in emergency procedures and interventions.
- Document patient care and progress in the electronic health record.
Required Experience
Applicants must possess a valid RN license and have previous experience in an Emergency Room setting.
Certifications/Licensure
Current RN licensure in the state of California is required. BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
