ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Emergency Department (Rotating Shifts) in Rochester, New York.

This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule/Shift
36 or 48 hours per week, rotating shifts including days, evenings, nights, floating, weekends, holidays, on-call, and call-back responsibilities.
Job Description
This is a fast-paced Adult Emergency Department (ED) at a state-of-the-art facility managing over 100,000 visits annually. As the only Level I trauma hospital in the area, the RN will be responsible for treating a diverse patient population and assisting with boarder patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered care in a high-volume emergency department.
- Conduct assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement care plans.
- Document patient interactions and care provided in compliance with hospital policies.
Required Experience
- Currently holding an RN License in New York State.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an emergency department.
- Telemetry experience is required.
- Previous travel experience in an emergency department is mandatory.
Certifications/Licensure
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- NIHSS certification required.
