Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with a background in Medical-Surgical care. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, manage treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and document medical histories.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Coordinate care with various departments and specialties.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
Required Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical-Surgical setting.
Certifications / Licensure
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
- BLS certification required.
