Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for our Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and a commitment to excellence in nursing. You will be expected to float as needed in accordance with our floating policy.
Responsibilities
- Assess and provide emergency care to patients in critical situations.
- Perform procedures including conscious sedation and intubations.
- Administer medication and manage treatment plans.
- Identify and respond to sepsis and stroke alerts.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Required Experience
Minimum of 2 years of ER experience.
Certifications / Licensure
- Active Texas RN License (temporary licenses not accepted)
- PALS or ENPC
- ACLS
- BLS
- TNCC
- NIHSS
