Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing care to a diverse patient population encompassing all ages. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency care and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department.
- Assess patients' conditions and initiate necessary treatments.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using MedHost and Meditech.
Required Experience
5+ years of experience in an emergency department setting is required.
Certifications / Licensure
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) or ENPC (Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course)
- Handle with Care (available on-site)
- NIH Stroke Certification
