Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a Free Standing Emergency Room in South Carolina. The ideal candidate will have experience in general emergency care, including adult and pediatric patients, and the ability to handle a variety of medical conditions.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in emergency situations.
- Conduct triage and prioritize patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatment as per protocols.
- Monitor and assess patients’ conditions and report changes as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient care.
- Educate patients and families regarding health and wellness.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in an emergency setting.
- Experience with Epic charting system is necessary.
Certifications / Licensure
- Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Preferred: NRP, TNCC
- Valid South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact State RN License required.
