Job Description
The CT Technologist will perform imaging procedures and assist in the diagnosis of patients by providing accurate and high-quality CT images. The technologist is responsible for maintaining equipment, ensuring patient safety, and adhering to standard procedures and protocols.
Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols.
- Prepare and position patients correctly to obtain accurate imaging results.
- Maintain imaging equipment and ensure its proper functioning.
- Adhere to radiation safety standards and protocols.
- Document and record imaging results accurately.
Required Experience
- ARRT certification in CT.
- Previous experience as a CT Technologist.
Certifications/Licensure
- Current ARRT-CT certification.
- State licensure as required.
