Schedule/Shift
The schedule consists of a mix of shifts over a two-week cycle, including:
- Week 1: Sunday 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM, Monday 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM, Friday 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Saturday 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Week 2: Sunday 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Tuesday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Wednesday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Thursday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Job Description
The CT Technologist will be responsible for performing CT scans, administering contrast media, and ensuring patient safety by following radiation safety protocols. The candidate will utilize the Epic charting system for documentation and will work collaboratively within the interdisciplinary support team including respiratory services and phlebotomy.
Responsibilities
- Performing CT imaging procedures with a focus on quality and patient safety.
- Administering contrast agents as required for various exams.
- Documenting patient procedures and care accurately in the Epic system.
- Maintaining equipment and ensuring it is functioning correctly.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a CT Technologist role.
Certifications/Licensure
- ARRT (R) (CT) certification required.
- BLS certification required.
