Job Description
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Buffalo, New York, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in various settings. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patient health.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient vitals and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with daily living activities to promote patient well-being.
- Document patient care and progress accurately in medical records.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary environment for patients.
Required Experience
- Current LPN License.
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Certifications/Licensure
- LPN License from an accredited program.
- CPR certification preferred.
